How does a double electric breast pump work?

A double electric breast pump is just how it sounds, it works on both breasts at the same time.

Double-alternating pumps suction one breast and then the other when the suction is released. "Hands free" pumps can be worn inside bras or nursing tops. Not an attractive look, but I'm sure you won't be going outside while wearing the double electric breast pump.
